I had a great experience with this shop! Everyone was incredibly helpful, professional, and had such a positive attitude from start to finish. They fixed the issue quickly and went above and beyond with their customer service. It’s hard to find a shop that is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely cares about their customers. A special thank you to Steve and Ruben for all of your hard work and dedication. I truly appreciate everything you did to get my car back on the road. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and exceptional service!

I had an excellent experience with The Mechanic Shop. My car AC completely stopped working during the hottest part of the summer, and I thought I would be stuck waiting for days. I called and got in the very same day. Steve was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the problem to me clearly, and had my system cooling again in about an hour. He also provided some very helpful maintenance tips. I highly recommend The Mechanic Shop for any air conditioning repair or maintenance!

5 stars all around, highly recommend! My family and I were in a pickle traveling back to DFW when our car had an issue late in the day. All of the other shops around said they wouldn’t get to my car till next day, and we didn’t have time to wait. I called Steve and he was kind, upfront and willing to take a look at the car. He was able to get my car fixed in an hour! They also had some toys for my 2 year old to play with which was great! So thankful for your shop! May God bless you abundantly

Our 2014 Ford 350 6.7 dully Broke down in a little town called Channing Tx we called a tow truck and had it towed over to Steves it was 6am and on a ( Sunday ) Upon arrival he took our truck right into the bay to work on it right away , We were extremely frustrated and tired and he was very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable , Loved the seating area to distress. He had our truck out in no time to hit the highway again to Seattle Washington . Steve and his team were great at finding a solution fixing the fuel filters right up in no time . Thank you Steve & team for professional & fast work truly life saver for us today . Highly recommend this shop not many people work on dullys right . When I seen that butterfly in his shop I knew then I was in good hands , Gods going to bless this mans buisness. Thanks again

Big thanks to Steve for going above and beyond. Out of the 5 other shops I called that answered (after hours on a holiday weekend) he gave me the best ballpark quote and was the most polite. On top of that he then went and personally picked up the parts I needed to have them ready by the time I arrived. He cares about getting people back on the road in a timely manner. Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic and I am good at breaking things as he discovered quickly so I unfortunately have plenty of experience dealing with this type of stuff. He also was so unbelievably nice/patient he let me hangout until I could get a hotel room booked and an Uber to pick me up. He also provided coffee and a warm comfortable area to wait in, if I could give 100 stars I would. If you go to anyone else in Amarillo you’re making a grave mistake. Thanks again Steve, I hope you have a wonderful new year. Signed -a happy customer
